What Is It?
Let’s clarify what coaching is. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
I am a Holistic Health-Life Coach helping people create balance and flow in their life, leading them to potentially live a pain-free lifestyle that is backed with science-based information, techniques, and tools to help heal and live a thriving, fulfilling life. I help guide you to envision a future of health and happiness that fits you by helping you overcome your obstacles and developing a healthy mindset and a positive self-image while bringing forward your best qualities like self-motivation, resilience, and more, so you can live your life in joy, with healthy habits to be at your peak performance.
Who Does It Help?
Practically everyone has needed help with something in their life. No one can do it alone all by themselves either. Almost everything is better if there is more than one person involved, right? Many times it is much easier to ask for and get help when it’s with someone who is neutral but supports you as a whole person. A coach can help with supporting people with full, unbiased listening, be neutral in perspective, provide a plethora of ideas and perspectives to help their clients create a new perspective with themselves so they can do and be in a new comfortable way of being, with a new mindset for pursuing life.
What To Expect At A Session
What to expect from me as your coach? As your coach, I will help empower you to realize what numerous possibilities you have to create the success you want in any area of your life. Also, I can be open, curious, and flexible; be client-focused; provide active listening; ask powerful questions; set goals; explore options; identify challenges; prioritize actions; discuss accountability; allow continuous feedback, maintain confidentiality; provide assessments; and more as we explore the infinite options that are available.
I use these therapies in coaching sessions:
The Structural Energetic Therapy Cranial Structural Core Distortion Release or other cranial protocols to release the core distortion that we are born with, clean brain fog, detoxify the brain, alleviate PTSD, dementia, ADHD, and other brain conditions.
The Access Bars® are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, stimulate positive change in the brain and defragment the electromagnetic components of stress, thoughts, and emotions, allowing you to feel joy and ease in your life.
HeartMath‘s clinical resources and applications for stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation as a Certified HeathMath Professional.
Healing Touch protocols to help restore harmony and balance in the energy system, find relief for physical and emotional discomfort, and reduce stress.
How many coaching sessions are necessary and what’s the frequency? The amount of coaching sessions necessary for you is what you decide! Usually in the beginning there are usually more sessions to iron out what’s happening in your life while you are deciding priorities, etc. Then usually sessions tamper, but it really depends on our schedules, what you want to work on, and what you want to accomplish. We can start with one, three, or more sessions and make assessments of progress along the way.
Depending on which therapies are used, sessions are either 1 or 2 hours long at my studio.
