As the title indicates they will discuss natural ways to assist us with our health issues and needs.  Betram works with clients to achieve ways to reduce stress, establish better sleep habits, deal with depression, and reduce pain.  He focuses on helping people achieve and maintain their optimal state of health and wellness.  Michele, through her massage therapy, assists her clients to eliminate pain and restore their natural alignment.
